Do you use AI tools?

Do I need to pay for my CRM and email list platform?

Yes. You’ll cover the cost of your CRM and any email sending tools or subscriber list platforms. We manage the campaigns, automations, and strategy to make the most of those tools.
Do I have to buy a website?

No, we can use your existing website. However, in some cases, limited functionality may prevent us from making the necessary updates. If that happens, we’ll set up a subdomain for your blog and landing pages. Please note that using a subdomain can slow down results.
How do I pay?

We accept credit card payments through secure auto-billing via Stripe. We do not accept ACH or checks. Auto-billing helps us streamline operations and avoid hiring additional admin staff—allowing us to offer you better rates.
Do you have a client portal?

Not yet, but it's currently under development. In the meantime, we use a centralized project management platform and provide one dedicated user license per account to ensure seamless collaboration and transparency.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any services, including prepaid plans. All sales are final.
It feels a bit inexpensive for what you're offering—is the quality lacking?

Not at all. We’ve spent years refining detailed SOPs and workflows to streamline our work without cutting corners. By standardizing deliverables and optimizing for speed, we’re able to provide the output of a full marketing department for less than the cost of one entry-level hire, without the overhead of benefits, training, or management. It’s efficient, not cheap.
Cancellation Policy

After your initial 3 month term, cancellation requires a 30-day notice to allow time for proper offboarding, project closure, and secure return of credentials and access.

Additional Notes:

Pausing Services: We do not pause accounts. You may cancel with 30 days’ notice and restart when ready.

Scope of Work: Services are based on predefined packages. Requests outside of scope may incur additional charges.

Communication: We work standard business hours and aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day.

It starts with a call. We'll get to know your business, your goals, and recommend the plan that fits best.

Once you give us the green light, we’ll send over onboarding paperwork—delivered as a fun, interactive quiz (okay, it's still paperwork, but we tried to make it less DMV, more game).

From there, Week 1 is all about gathering credentials, finalizing your strategy, and kicking things off. That first week is included as part of your first month of service.
